Alan Myerson reserves the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
All orders are subject to stock being available
No material from the site can be reproduced without the express permission of the owners of this site.
Free delivery Australia wide for all domestic orders over the value of $50.
All deliveries will be sent out via registered Australia Post. If you would like to request an express post service please let us know and this can be arranged.
All orders will be processed in the working week, once payment has been received in full.
Once processed, orders will be sent out within 3-5 business days.
International orders will be charged a delivery fee. After your order has been placed and paid in full, we will contact you via email to assist with the international postage arrangement and additional shipping fee.

We offer Credit Card and Debit Card processing and Card payments are made directly through DirectOne's 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored - this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AND REFUND POLICY
If products are to be returned, they MUST be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase before returning any products. Please retain your Invoice/receipt in the event of any return, as we require proof of purchase before any refunds or credit notes can be processed.
We are very meticulous in our packing of your order and ensure that you will receive your order in perfect condition. In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged product please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase to arrange for a return.
If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately after the receipt by Alan Myerson Jewellery of the returned product with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a minimal fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used. You are required to pay any charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to Alan Myerson Jewellery.
We will only offer a refund if the product returned to us is unused and not damaged (unless it was received in a damaged state and notifying us of that immediately). Please note that a refund will only occur in the following 2 cases; 1.) that we sent you the incorrect products, or 2.) that we sent you a product in a damaged state. We can only process products purchased from our website, www.alanmyerson.com and provide advice on products available on our website.
